customer service section revisions
What do you think?
I've reorganized and revised the customer service section. It isn't ready for Robert, yet. We need to make some decisions about the whole format, etc., and parts still need to be written/re-written.
I think we need to get rid of the fancy boxes completely. I've proposed an outline for the section (attached) and I think we need to go back to the old way, where if you click on one of the headings/questions, it takes you to that section. I don't think the current way, where you click and it expands to show the answer is as helpful. I know that I like to be able to scroll down and see all of the answers without having to click on things and I don't think I'm alone in this.
I've also attached proposed information and questions/answers that I think need to be included.
I'm not sure what the next step is, but think we all need to agree on the format/content before giving to Robert.
